Ingredients: 1 whole cod fish (about 500 gram); 3 tomatoes, cut into pieces; 3 shallots, thinly sliced; 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced; 6 bird's eye chilli, thinly sliced (optional); 2 cm gingger, thinly sliced; 1 stalk lemon grass, thinly sliced; 1 cm turmeric, thinly sliced; 3 kaffir lime leaves; 1 Japanese cucumbar, cut into pieces; 2 spring onions, sliced; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 teaspoon sugar; 1.5 litter of water; Chicken stock powder (or any stock)

1whole cod fish (about 500 gram)
3tomatoes, cut into pieces
3shallots, thinly sliced
4 clovesgarlic, thinly sliced
6bird's eye chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
2 cmgingger, thinly sliced
1 stalklemon grass, thinly sliced
1 cmturmeric, thinly sliced
3kaffir lime leaves
1Japanese cucumbar, cut into pieces
2spring onions, sliced
1 tablespoonsalt
1 teaspoonsugar
1.5litter of water
Chicken stock powder (or any stock)

Steps

Sauteed all spices that have been sliced until fragrant. Then add the cucumbar and water and let it boil.

Then enter the cod fish that has been cleaned.
Then let it boil, add tomatoes, spirng onions then stir evenly then taste.
If fish already cooked, turn off the heat. Served when it's hot.
