Very ideal for people dealing with their weight or rather on a no wheat challenge...
Steps

Put all the ingredients in a blender except oil and blend till smooth

In a non stick pan, heat a small amount of oil and pour some mixture in the hot oil. Cook one side till brown and turn the other side. This should be done on low heat

Repeat the process until all the paste is done.

Enjoy with your cup of milk
