Firsty heat the ghee in a wok.add asafoetida,cumin seeds,mustard seeds and curry leaves.splutter it.

After that add red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and fennel powder in it and mix it.cook it for 30 seconds.

Now add sweetcorn paste in it.cook it for 10 minutes with lid on low flame.stir it in the middle.cook untill oil is released.

After that add milk in it and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes or untill milk gets dry.

Now add coconut water,sugar and groundnut powder in it and cook it for 2 minutes more.switch off the gas.after that add lemon juice in it and mix it very well.

Now add lemon juice, jeeravan powder and grated coconut.serve it with zero size bhujiya.if u have coriander leaves then garnish with leaves.today I don't have😔
