Ingredients

  1. 1litre milk
  2. 2tbspVinegar
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbspmilk masala
  5. 1-2cardamom powder
  6. 3 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a milk and add 2tsp vinegar and after that store a milk into the muslin cloth and wash milk with child water and hang it for 1hour.

    For making a rabdi hot milk and reduce it and then add milk masala and sugar and into rabdi.

    Then making rasmalai hanga out the curdal milk and knead it and make a small small ball of it.

    Take a pan add water and sugar and cardamom powder and boil it after boil add small bowl into water for 15 minutes.

    After 15min take out the ball and take out the water from ball and add into the rabdi..

    Rasmalai is ready.
