Firstly in large bowl soak suji 2 minutes,drain of the water, now transfer suji into mixi, also add chillies and garlic and grind into a smooth paste.

Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl add salt and baking soda and mix well

Heat a pan pour batter from a Height so it form thin dosa

Drizzle oil around the sides,let it cook on low heat till golden crisp.
