Steps

Soak udad dal for atleast 8 hrs and grind it with very little water to a thick paste

Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well and beat the batter till fluffy and light

Check the batter is right by dropping some batter in a water bowl if it floats means the batter is ready to make wadas
- 4
Make wadas and deep fry

Fry them till nice golden brown in colour and serve hot with chutney and sambhar when done
