Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupoats
  2. 1 +1/4 cup milk
  3. 1ripe banana
  4. 2-3dates chopped
  5. 2-3almonds chopped
  6. 1 spoonhoney (optional)
  7. 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  8. fewfew drops of vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    First in a bowl soak the oats in 1/4 cup milk for 15-20 mins.

    Now in a blender jar add soaked oats, milk, dates, almonds,cinnamon powder.

    Blend everything until smooth.Add vanilla essence and blend again.

  4. 4

    Pour in serving glass and serve.
