Shahi Chingri
Wash off the prawns very well. Marinate prawns (I took 10 prawns) with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon ginger paste. Now heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons mustard oil and fry the prawns till it's became red in colour. - 2
Now add 1 teaspoon soybean oil in the same pan with the remaining oil, so you can get the aroma of prawns.. Now add 5 slited green chilli, 1 medium sized sliced onion, half teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, Salt as taste.Saute the mixer of spices until you get the aroma of the spices.

Now add shahi paste made of 2 teaspoon poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 tablespoon cashews mix the paste very well with the spices then add 1 cup full milk and 2 cups of Water Let the curry to simmer.After few times when the curry reduce to it's half add the fried prawns and let it to cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Now add some smashed fenugreek leaves and 1 teaspoon ghee.Shahi Chingri is ready to serve.
