Put the chana into pressure cooker, add tea bag, salt, black cardamom and cook it for 20- 25 minutes, 10 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on low flame.

Heat the oil in a pan,add cumin and fry it for one minute in hot oil

Add chopped onion,tomato,garlic,ginger,green chilli, fried it on medium flame till water half soaked

Add salt,red chilli, carmandor, mango pwder, 1/2 cup water and cook till the water soaked completely and it's colour changed.

Now add chana and cook two minutes and then add water, mash little chana..

Cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes while stirring with service spoon.

Serve and garnish with fresh green coriander
