Rice flour gives nice netted texture to the dhirda
Steps

Take Moong sprouts, green chilli, ginger, onion in a mixer and grind into a smooth mixture

Mix rice flour, besan, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt
- 3
Mix the flour mixture with the Moong batter
- 4
Heat a pan, apply little oil, spread the batter evenly and let it cook
