Steps

Wash and peel raw bananas

Cut it into small slices

Pour it into cold water

Drain off banana slices on paper towel

In a kadai add oil when properly hot add banana slices stir it and deep fry it until golden brown

Remove it from kadai on a paper plate

Add salt and chat masala powder

Keep it into a airtight container
- 9
You can use it later with tea or coffee or any snacks time
