Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 2cup whole wheat flour
  • 1cup Spinach/Palak leaves
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 inchpiece ginger
  • 2 green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the Palak leaves and wash them well and keep aside...

  2. 2

    Now take a mixer jar and put in the palak leaves,ginger, garlic and green chilli....

  3. 3

    Grind them all to a smooth paste...

  4. 4

    Now in a big bowl put the wheat flour and add the ground palak paste....mix well....do not add extra water as the puree will be enough to knead the dough...

  5. 5

    Now knead it to a smooth dough....add little oil...and knead again....Keep aside for a few minutes...Later divide the dough and make it into small equal shaped balls and roll them to round puris...

  6. 6

    Then heat oil for deep frying the puris and when hot put the puris in the hot oil...and fry till they are cooked from both sides....and they puff up well....Remove them on absorbent paper...

  7. 7

    Serve hot with Chana masala or any other curry of your choice... Enjoy... 😍
