    Ripe avacodo pited and chopped • Full fat coconut milk • Chocolate Shakeology or your choice protein powder • Cocoa ( if the protien using isn't chocolate) • Sweetner of choice: stevia, honey, purred dates, maple syrup, agave or coconut nectar.
