
Cooking is my favorite hobby👩🍳. So I started writing recipes as it can improve my organization while cooking and improve my English☕️. As I’m a professional athlete as well, nutrition is really important for me⛄️ . Carbohydrate, protein, fat… have to be nicely balanced which help me to have a better performance in training and competition👑 .
