Ingredients

  1. Cabbage (thinly sliced)
  2. Grated carrot
  3. Olive oil
  4. Small onion
  5. Mild and spicy curry/ medium/ any curry of your choice
  6. Chicken cube stock
  7. Ground piri piri powder/cayenne pepper
  8. Grinded Black peppercorns
  9. Garlic powder (a little bit)- optional
  10. Water to cook

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onion in olive oil until it’s succulent. Add in the curry powder and the chicken cube.

  2. 2

    Add your cabbage and grated carrot and a bit of water(don’t drown your cabbage in the water) add black pepper, garlic powder and piri piri. Cook the cabbage on low heat. Keep adding a bit of water until it’s cooked through and ready.
