Deep Fried Fish With Green Mango Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1fish, scale, chevron
  2. 1green mango, chopped
  3. 2 tbsps fish sauce
  4. 2 tbsps palm sugar
  5. 1 tbsp chilies
  6. 1/2 onion
  7. 1 tbsp Coriander
  8. Olive oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the wok, pour olive oil. Add fish fry until turn to golden brown turn the other side fry until turn to golden brown. Scoop it set aside.

    Mix palm sugar and fish sauce mix it well. Add green mango, chilies and onion. Mix well together. Sprinkle with coriander & Cashew nut. Ready to serve. Let’s enjoy.
