ઉકાળો(Ukalo Recipe in Gujarati)
કૂકપેડ એપ્પ માં ખોલોરાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

સૌપ્રથમ એક તપેલીમાં પાણી લઈ તેમાં ફૂદીનો, મીઠું, તજ,લવિંગબધું નાખી થોડીવાર માટે ઉકાળો.

હવે આ બધું બરાબર ઉકળી જાય એટલે તેમાં લીંબુનો રસ,હળદર, સકઠ પાઉડર બધું નાખી ફરી પાછુ બધું ઉકાળો.

હવે આ બધું જ બરાબર ઉકળી જાય એટલે તેને સરવિંગ ગ્લાસ ગાળી લો,તો તૈયાર છે આપણો ઉકાળો અને તેને ફુદીનાથી ગાર્નિશ કરીશું.
