Cara Membuat

Campur bahan kering, ayak.
Campur bahan basah, aduk rata. Masukan bahan kering, aduk rata sampai homogen. - 2
Bungkus di plastik wrap, simpan kulkas 2 jam.

Timbang isian @65gr, bulatkan.
Keluarkan bahan kulit dari kulkas, timbang @35gr, bulatkan. - 4
Masukan isian ke dalam bahan kulit hingga tertutup sempurna.

Cetak, tata loyang, semprot air & oven 165° c 5 menit, dinginkan 8 menit. Oles bahan olesan, oven lagi 165° c 15 menit, & 200° c 7 menit. Tata di cooling rack, setelah dingin simpan di wadah tertutup selama 3 hari hingga kulit lembut berminyak. Enjoy..🫰🏻
