Take 2 cups wheat floure.Add little bit oil and salt and make a soft dough.Rest at east 15 mins.

Take a one big bowl. Add khichdi, boil potatoes, finely chopped onion all dry masala and ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and mix it very well. Make it small ball. And keep aside

Take a dough make it small roti and stuff with khichdi ball and again roll in like paratha

Keep tava on high flame first sprinkle some oil and put paratha on it. Keep medium flame.After 2-3 mins flip other side. Put some oil and again flip other side..

Now paratha is ready for serve.
