Ingredients

  • 3scotch bonnet (grind)
  • Om1 large onion (grind)
  • 3 cupswater
  • 6Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonGround coriander
  • 1large catfish
  • 2 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add in scotch bonnet, onions and oil. Saute for 5 minutes and add water

    Let it boil. Add in maggi, black pepper and ground coriander

    Add in washed catfish and cook for 15 minutes
