Steps

Cut each burger buns horizontally into 2 equal halves and scoop out the centers of each bread bun halve.

Brush each halve 1 tsp of melted butter

Arrange the bread halves on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (400°f) for 10 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat the oil in a broad non stick pan add the garlic, onions, green chilli and saute for 1 minute on a medium flame.

Add the tomato and chilli powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes

Add the boiled rajma, spring onion, coriander, tomato ketchup and 2 tsp water and salt mix well.

And cook on a medium flame for 1 minutes while mashing it with the masher.

Combine all ingredients of salsa and mix it.

Place all the baked burger buns on a clean dry surface put a portions of the rajma filling over each bun.

Top with carrot, cabbage, and salsa.

At the top with grated cheese over each bun.

Grilled until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve immediately with sauce, salsa ya dip.
