Heat the butter in a pan on low-medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 mins.

Add the tomatoes. Sauté for 15 mins or more. The tomatoes will break down and you get a beautiful chunky sauce.

Add the spring onion and dill. Season. Turn off the heat and stir gently.

Serve on your toast of choice. Add some more dill on top. Enjoy 😋
