Fry some puris in hot oil Make a hole at the centre of puri with your thumb.

In a bowl mix all the stuff- Chopped boiled potatoes, namkeen boondi, moong dal, pomegranate kernels, some Dev, Chaat masala and some Coriander leaves.

Mix all these nicely with hands and put little in each puri. Now take curd and mix sugar in it. Pour curd in each puri

Then pour and spread tamarind chutney. Similarly add green chutney onto each puri.

Again top with a tsp of curd. sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala and black salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves, some more pomegranate and Sev.

Serve Dahi puri immediately.
