Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupwatermelon juice
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 1green chilli paste
  7. For tadka---
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. 1 tbspcoconut powder
  13. leavesCurry
  14. Watermelon scoops for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take besan in bowl add watermelon juice salt and ginger paste

  2. 2

    Whisk finely and remove lumps

  3. 3

    Cook this mis for 3 min.in microwave

  4. 4

    Stir it and again cook it for 2 min.in microwave

  5. 5

    Stir it and continue this process for 8 min.

  6. 6

    Check it that it starts to leave bowl

  7. 7

    Take baking sheet and spread it thinly on it

  8. 8

    Cool a little then cut in strips

  9. 9

    Make rolls of strips

  10. 10

    Cut in small pieces

  11. 11

    Make tadka with given ingredients

  12. 12

    And temper khandvi

  13. 13

    Garnish with Watermelon scoops,coriander leaves and coconut powder
