Steps

Pour some drops of oil on whole brinjal.Cook it on gas at low flame.

Cook till the outer layer becomes black then with the help of spoon,put it in the bowl of water.Do same with the left over brinjal.

Peel the outer layer & keep them in a plate.Now mash them with masher.keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan & add chopped onions.Cook till they become pink.Now add salt & red chilli powder.Mix them.
- 5
Add chopped tomatoes & cook for 3-5 minutes.Now add mashed brinjal & mix all.Cook on low flame till everything mix with eachother.switch off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
