Heat 1 tbspoon ghee in a heavy bottom pan, fry chopped Dryfruits on a low flame until turns golden brown. Keep it aside.

Take a heavy bottom pan add ghee and allow to it melt. Now add besan flour and suji in melted ghee and stir constantly.

Roast the besan flour and suji on low to medium flame until it turns golden brown in colour and you get good Nice aroma. Take out roasted flour in a large bowl and keep it aside.

When flour is warm.Then add chopped almond cashew, pistachios, elaichi powder, granulated sugar, mix everything very well. and make a laddoo. laddos are ready. Store in air tight container.

Note:- Important to keep stirring continuously, to roast evenly..
