Make slits on the chicken thighs and season with seasoning and let it sit for 20 mins

Marinade mix : mix 2 tbs chicken tikka masala spice, oil, yoghurt, garlic,paprika,ginger, remaining seasoning yoghurt and lemon.

Grill the plain chicken on charcoal first, then brush with the marinade when it’s almost done.

Garnish with sesame seeds, lemon and lettuce.
