Besan and Sooji Ke Laddoo

Heat ghee in a wok and fry the edible gum in low flame till it swells up. Then remove the gum from ghee and powder it with belan.

Then add sooji to the ghee and fry it in low flame for 5 minutes. Then add besan and fry till the colour changes to golden brown. You can feel the aroma.

Turn off the flame and add powdered sugar and cardamom and the edible gum and mix it well.

Start making ladoos when the mixture is warm. Decorate it with almonds over it and serve.
