Take two bread slices.

Cut the edges if you like.

Butter them and place the cucumber and tomato slices.

Cut thin slices of fresh paneer and place them with vegetables.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper as per taste

Close the sandwich with another bread slice and enjoy it with tea.
