Ingredients

2 Persons
  1. 1 cupSoya granules (soaked in hot water for 15 mins)
  2. 1Onion sliced
  3. 4-5Garlic
  4. 1 InchGinger
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 2 tspcornstarch
  7. 2 tspmaida
  8. Handfulcoriander leaves
  9. as requiredOil for frying
  10. ForSpices:
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspRed chilli
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspAmchoor powder
  15. 1 tspCoriander powder
  16. 1 tspgaram masala
  17. 1 tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  18. 1 tspblack pepper
  19. 1 tspKashmir lal mirch

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a grinder jar put onion garlic ginger chillies coriander leaves and grind it to make a paste.

    Then squeeze the soya granules from the water.And grind it also to get a paste.And mix all the paste together.

  3. 3

    Now for flavours add all the spices and mix well.For binding add cornstarch and maida and again mix well.

    Now for making kababs shape we can use skewers incase dont have then personally I use pencil and gently make kababs on it by wetting your hands give the shape.And now fry them in the oil on the medium flame till golden brown.

    Now our soya kababs are ready to serve.Serve it with sauce or green chutney.Enjoy eating during monsoons.
