  • 1/2 cupKhoya
  • 1 tbsppowderd Sugar
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tbspchopped almonds and Cashews
  • as requiredSilver vark
  • 5-6Cloves

    Firstly wash and peel the mangoes. Cut thin pieces of mango. Pieces should be 1/2 inches thick slice.

    In a bowl take khoya,powderd Sugar, cardamom powder and some chopped nuts and mix everything well.Now take one slice of mango and keep 1 tsp of khoya mixture in middle.

    Fold the mango slice and lock with a clove.Make all mango khoya roll like this. Garnish with silver vark and chopped nuts. Keep it in fridge and serve chilled.
