  • Sliced onions 1med Size
  • Seasoning 2Cuves
  • 1 tspCurry Masala
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • Vegetable oil 2)4Cup

    Make a paste of pureed tomatoes,add pepper, mix well,set aside... Heat up oil,add onions,saute,add tomato paste,fry for 3mins,add curry masala,seasoning and lil salt to taste,add lil water if too thick, cook for 1min...turn off heat...ready to eat!!Serve with fish and vegetable..
