Ingredients

  • 1 bowlBoiled channa
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • To tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoonDhania / coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonChana masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil.add ginger garlic paste then add onion & tomato mix it after five minutes add all spices mix it well add 2 glass water then add boiled chana

  2. 2

    At low flame boiled it after 8 to 10 min..... chana is ready to eat
