Ingredients

  • 250 grampaneer
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 cuponion roughly chopped
  • 11/2 cuptomato roughly chopped
  • 4/5garlic clove
  • 1 inchginger pieces
  • 3/4 cloves / long
  • 4/5black pepper
  • 3/4green elachi / green cardamom
  • 2bay leaves
  • 8-10cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspcream / Malai

Steps

    Cut paneer your desire shape.

    Heat butter. Put whole spicy and onion, garlic saute, add tomato saute, add cashew nuts and chilli powder and salt. Cool. Grind. Make a fine paste.heat pyuri..put paneer pieces and cream...boil 5 minutes..serve with Nan and chapati.
