Steps

Cook pasta in boiling water with oil and salt. Cut tomato and capsicum as per your requirement (diced or julienne).

Take a pan and put butter and maida and stir till it is cooked properly. Add milk to it and prepare a nice thick sauce.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the vegetables and let it cook for few minutes.

Add grated cheese and stir.

Then add the cooked pasta in the pan and mix it properly. The sauce should coat the pasta.

Add chilli flakes and leaves of coriander for garnish.
