As a child growing up, this local street delicacy was a win win! I enjoyed buying it. And recently i came across fresh ones here in Abuja and could not help myself but buy and come prepare at home. This edible worms are a power house of protein! They are gotten from the inside stem of palm trees and don’t come cheap as well. Some people prefer the dried pressed ones but I prefer mine this way.
