Soak rice for two hours

Make a rough paste of it without water

Take bowl add rice paste and curd mix well now add desi ghee and Cardmon powder and mix it.

Leave this batter for 4 hours.

Till then take pan add sugar and water boil once. Turn gas off.Our sugar syrup is ready

Now put pan on gas pour oil for frying. Once it hot add one spoon batter.

Fry this on low flame till it is golden.

Now dip this in sugar syrup for two minutes,garnish with almonds and pistachios.
