Firstly wash and peel the potatoes and cut in thick rounds.Wash properly.Now fry these potatoes till golden brown.Then keep them aside on tissue paper

For gravy-Take some oil in a pan,now add bay leaf,green chilli,ginger paste,jeera..Fry these for a while.now add haldi..dhaniya..and red chilli.. Now add tomato puree.add some salt according to taste.Fry this mix approx for 5 mins at medium flame till it leaves oil.

Now add kasuri methi,again fry for a while,cool down this mix for 2 mins,now add curd.. And mix well properly add fried potatoes in this gravy,add 1/2cup of water mix well give a lid to pan and put the dish on dum on low flame for 5-6 mins at last add garam masala to your dish and it's ready to serve now.
