Heat oil in a vessel. Add onions and saute till soft. Now add kasuri methi, salt and tomatoes. Cook till they get soft.

Add ginger garlic paste and all the dry masalas except garam masala. Mix well. Cook for a few minutes. Switch off flame and cool down and grind to a paste. Heat butter in a pan, add the ground masala and kaju. Saute for a few minutes. Add water and cook till kaju is tender. Lastly add garam masala and mix well. Serve hot. Enjoy!
