Vegetable Corn Uttapam
Steps

Take a bowl add semolina, curd, salt black pepper and red chilli powder to taste,make smooth batter for uttapam, it should not be too thick or not to be thin.

Heat non stick tava, Grease with oil, spread batter, now spread some vegetable over this uttapam and press with spoon.

Cook both sides on medium flame.
- 4
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
