Take a bowl mix wheat flour, water and salt to make dough.cover the dough and keep aside.

Chop the vegetable sliced.make round shape as thick roti

Beat the egg with salt and pepper.Heat a dosa pan/tawa, cook the roti on one side. Flip the other side and add the egg.

Cook the roti on both sides with little oil.

Take the egg roti, spread Tomato ketchup or Tomato chutney.Add the sliced vegetables add salt and pepper, if needed we can add chat masala also.
