Steps

Soak the kabuli chana overnight and then pressure cook 2-3 whistle adding salt.

Take onion tomato puree and crushed ginger garlic green chilli.

Take kadai add oil add cumin seed, cinnamon stick & bay leaves.

Then add crushed ginger garlic and green chilli paste.

Add chopped onion cook it 30 sec then add all the spices. Cook it till oil release.

Add onion puree & cook 3-4mins.

Add tomato puree cook it for 5 mins.

Add a cup of water. And boil it & cover with lid for 5 mins in low flame. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder & ground spices powder mix it.

Then mix the boiled chane. Cover it for 2 mins. Turn off the flame.

Serve it.
