Strawberry Chokladbollar (vegan)

I prefer to make savoury recipes but I love these. They are so easy to make, there is no need to cook and they are always first to go at a party! Traditionally these are not vegan and you can use normal butter if you prefer. We picked loads of strawberries and this made great use of them 😊#summerchallenge3 #mycookbook

Steps
- 1
Mix together the butter, coco powder and oats in a food processor until you have a soft ball. I always think that I haven’t added enough oil but it usually comes together but add more if you need it.
- 2
Cover each strawberry in the mixture until you have a ball and roll in the coconut. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and they are ready to eat. They keep well for around 24 hours.
