Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1egg
  5. 2/4tbspoon baking powder
  6. 2/4tbspoon vanilla
  7. 1tspoon lemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine sugar and egg and whisk untill creamy and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add oil and mix

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and vanilla and lemon zest and mix

  4. 4

    Add flour and fold until well combined

  5. 5

    Pour batter in a greased 8 inch pan and bake in a low heat for 6 mins
