Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1egg
  • 2/4tbspoon baking powder
  • 2/4tbspoon vanilla
  • 1tspoon lemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine sugar and egg and whisk untill creamy and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add oil and mix

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and vanilla and lemon zest and mix

  4. 4

    Add flour and fold until well combined

  5. 5

    Pour batter in a greased 8 inch pan and bake in a low heat for 6 mins
