  • 1large green tomato
  • 1large red tomato
  • To tastesalt
  • To tasteground black pepper
  • To tasteyour favorite salad dressing
  • 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and remove the stem marks. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Heat the oil.
