Fully defrost the pack and clean the threads by squeezing off what ever wastes which are Inside! NB like liver they have bile attached to them (green stuff) be careful not to allow this to get spilled on your threads it will leave a sour taste

Roughly chop your onion, add the 3tsp of coconut oil into a pan and add the onions

Add 4tsp of salt, 2 tsp of chillie flakes, 2tsp of lamb rub 2tsp of ginger powder and sauteé for 2-3 minutes

Add the cleaned threads of malana, add 4tsp of mild curry and 3tsp of rajah mild curry allow to cook until work is drained

Once water is completed drained off allow to fry until golden brown then ready to serve

Served mine with pap and some sweet grilled chicken wings
