Eggless soft ragi cake

Dry roast ragi flour and sieve it in a vessel once it cools

Add 1 cup whole wheat flour

Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder,1 tsp baking powder 1 /2 tsp baking soda.

Sieve all together 2-3 times

Take 100 GM's salted butter in another bowl..mix it with jaggery powder

Mix curd and vanilla essence to it.

Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients slowly mixing it with whisker in one direction.

Transfer the batter in a greased tin.sprinkle choco chips on it..

Bake it in preheated oven for 45 min at 160 degree.

Slice and ready to serve garnishing with choco syrup
