Cooking Instructions

Boil the veggies.

Add sliced onion and put it in pan containing oil.

On translucent pink, add sliced tomatoes in it and fry till it leaves the oil.

Now add spices - turmeric red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala salt
- 5
Add boiled veggies to it and crush with the potato crusher well and mix it.

Let the mixture be cool and then grind it in mixer.

Add butter to the pan and put the blended mixture and saute well.

Now squeeze lemon to it. add coriander leaves paneer cubes or crumbled paneer to the bhaji

Well organise the butter pav with the bhaji and salad in a plate.
