Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan...pour ghee..and add besan and rva...fry these mix.at low medium flame..till besan left ghee..and..turn golden brown...off the flame and left the mix for some time..

For sugar syrup.... Mix sugar and water...make one thread chashni..

Pour this sugar syrup in besan mix.slowly slowly with continues stirring.. Now add Elaichi powder..and pour mix in prega greased mold...spinkal chopped dry fruits over it...left this mix for half and hour..then cut the pieces of barfi...😊😊
